8.28.040   License—Application—Filing—Fee.
   An application for a license to hold, operate or conduct an outdoor mass gathering shall be filed with the board not less than sixty days prior to the beginning of the outdoor mass gathering or not more than ten days after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, whichever is later, and shall be accompanied by a ten-dollar nonrefundable fee.
