18.99.040   Technical review committee.
   A.   Purpose: The technical review committee shall hear and decide requests for waivers or review of interpretations and provide recommendations for amendments of Chapter 18.81 (Grading Standards).
   B.   Establishment: This committee is established by the board of supervisors.
   C.   Composition: The following persons or their representatives shall be members of the committee:
      1.   The civil engineer member of the design review committee (Refer to Section 18.99.030);
      2.   The landscape architect member of the design review committee; and
      3.   Three members appointed by the board of supervisors.
   D.   Transaction of Business:
      1.   Terms: Committee members shall be appointed by the supervisors for three-year terms. A maximum of two such terms may be held.
      2.   Meetings: The committee shall hold meetings monthly or as needed. All meetings shall be publicly noticed.
