7.21.030 Exceptions to minimum lot size.

   A.   Lot size requirements in Section 7.21.027 shall not apply to an existing lot recorded pursuant to law prior to December 5, 1985, provided that:

      1.   A waiver has been granted pursuant to Section 7.21.037E; and

      2.   The lot otherwise meets minimum design criteria.

   B.   If the environmental officer finds it necessary to approve a replacement system in order to abate pollution or correct health hazards, lot size requirements may be waived by the environmental officer.
