7.21.027   Minimum lot size.
   A.   No on-site disposal system shall be approved or installed on a single-family residential lot of less than one acre, including easements and designated rights-of-way.
   B.   Single-family residential lots smaller than one acre shall be connected to a sanitary sewerage system which leads to a waste treatment works other than a leach field disposal system.
   C.   Lots for land uses other than single-family residential shall be of sufficient size to accommodate and meet minimum design criteria.
