A. Minimum lot area: None, except for uses in Section 18.53.030H.
B. Minimum lot width: None.
C. Minimum yard requirements:
1. Front: Fifteen feet;
2. Side: None;
3. Rear: Ten feet.
D. Maximum building height:
1. Industrial uses:
a. Fifty-four feet, or,
b. Ninety feet for all buildings located outside of the following Approach-Departure Corridors defined in Chapter 18.57:
i. ADC-1,
ii. ADC-2 and greater than 2,500 feet from the ADC-2 boundary,
iii. ADC-3.
2. Nonindustrial uses:
a. Thirty-nine feet, or,
b. Ninety feet for all buildings located outside of the following Approach-Departure Corridors defined in Chapter 18.57:
i. ADC-1,
ii. ADC-2 and greater than 2,500 feet from the ADC-2 boundary,
iii. ADC-3.
E. Minimum off-street parking and loading: Refer to Chapter 18.75 (Off-street Parking and Loading Standards).
F. Any large scale retail establishment, regional, neighborhood or small shopping center shall be in accordance with Chapter 18.39.
