§ 31.21  COMPOSITION OF DEPARTMENT.
   The Police Department shall consist of a Chief of Police and patrol officers of designated grade as the Board deems necessary.  Such Chief shall, with the advice and consent of the Board, be hired and terminated by the Town Administrator.
