§ 130.05 PUBLIC DRINKING.

No person shall consume, serve or drink wine, beer, whiskey or alcoholic beverages of any kind on or in the public streets, alleys, parks, sidewalks, school grounds, railroad rights-of-way or public buildings of any description within the town.
