§ 130.01  DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS.
   (A)   Discharge prohibited; exception. It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot or discharge or to cause to be shot or discharged, within the corporate limits or on any municipal owned property of the town any firearms or any air rifle, gun or pistol or any spring gun, slingshot, bow or similar device which impels with force a shot, arrow or pellet of any kind, except when the same is done in defense of person or property in a manner excusable under state law or at military funerals and other public events under proper supervision of the Police Department. In the event that anything in this section shall conflict with any penalties imposed under any federal law, said federal law shall control.
   (B)   Confiscation authorized. The Chief of Police or any member of the Police Department is hereby authorized to seize and hold subject to order of the court any firearms or any air rifle, gun or pistol or any spring gun, slingshot, bow or similar device which impels with force any shot, arrow or pellet of any kind which shall be used, shot or discharged within the corporate limits or on any municipal owned property of the town in violation of this section. In the event that anything in this section shall conflict with any penalties imposed under any federal law, said federal law shall control.

§ 130.02  DISTURBING PUBLIC MEETINGS.
   It shall be unlawful to behave in a boisterous or indecent manner or to create any disturbance at or near any public entertainment or meeting.

§ 130.03  INJURING TOWN PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful to injure, damage, deface, trespass upon, break or injure any property belonging to the town.
