§ 97.01  TREE PERMIT REQUIRED FOR TRIMMING AND REMOVAL.
   (A)   A town permit will be required for all contracted tree trimming and removal. A permit will be issued at no charge.
   (B)   A permit will be issued at Town Office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 a.m.
