§ 97.04 HOME OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES.

(A) Home owners will be responsible for all damages to town owned utilities. Any service required by the Utility Department will be charged to the owner.

(B) All tree work done by property owners are required to place all limbs at roadside. Limbs will be no larger than two-inch diameter and no longer than six feet. Logs/trunk size is limited to 50 pounds.
