Any violation of this ordinance is declared to be a nuisance. In addition to any other relief provided by § 118.99, the City Attorney may apply to the Court of competent jurisdiction for an injunction prohibiting the continuance of any violation of this chapter or to enforce a suspension or revocation of license pursuant to § 118.13. Such application for relief may include seeking a temporary restraining order, permanent injunction, attorney fees and civil penalties provided for herein.
