§ 118.99 PENALTIES.
   Any violation of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor pursuant to KRS 83A.065 and any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter shall be fined in an amount not to exceed that set forth in KRS 534.040 (2) (a), or term of imprisonment not to exceed the period set forth in KRS 532.090 (1), or both.
