Any escort service license may be revoked by the City Attorney for violation of this chapter or for violation of any other state, federal or municipal laws and ordinances. Any person aggrieved by such suspension or revocation may appeal this suspension directly to the City Commission by requesting, in writing, that the City Clerk place their appeal on the City Commission’s agenda for the next regularly scheduled Commission Meeting following the suspension or revocation. An appeal must be requested within sixty (60) days of the date of suspension or revocation.
