§ 72.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   (1)   Effective May 14, 2007, any person receiving a citation as set forth in §§ 72.990 through 72.994 for a parking violation in the city shall be fined as follows:

Illegal parking	20.00
No parking	20.00
Parking against flow of traffic	20.00
Police parking only	20.00
Taxicab parking	20.00
Tow-away zone	20.00
15-minute parking	20.00
All other violations	20.00
Veterans only parking	20.00

      (2)   Additional citations may be given for each additional hour of violation or passage of the posted time limit, whichever is greater, and each such citation will be considered and dealt with as a separate and individual offense.

   (B)   Any violation of §§ 72.991 (D) or 72.994 shall be punishable by a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for not more than fifty (50) days, or both, for each offense.
