§ 72.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   (1)   Effective May 14, 2007, any person receiving a citation as set forth in §§ 72.990 through 72.994 for a parking violation in the city shall be fined as follows:

      (2)   Additional citations may be given for each additional hour of violation, and each such citation will be considered and dealt with as a separate and individual offense.

      (3)   Any failure to pay the fine for each violation when due will result in an additional penalty of one dollar ($1.00) per day for each day that the fine remains unpaid.

   (B)   Any violation of §§ 72.991(D) or 72.994 shall be punishable by a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for not more than fifty (50) days, or both, for each offense.
