It shall be a misdemeanor for any person, firm or corporation to interfere with the enforcement of any parking ordinance or parking citation enforcement procedure through the use of any device, scheme or other method or to attempt to interfere with the impounding or disabling of a vehicle pursuant to this subchapter, including but not limited to the tampering or attempted removal of any temporary disabling device installed pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter. Violation of this section shall be punishable as set forth in § 72.999(B) for each offense.
