§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person, persons, firm, partnership, corporation or any other entity failing to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 92.01 through 92.06 of this code shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each violation, plus the cost of the attorneys’ fees incurred by the town in enforcing §§ 92.01 through 92.06 of this code, which attorneys’ fees and penalties shall not exceed $2,500.
      (2)   Each day that any violation of §§ 92.01 through 92.06 of this code continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (C)   Failure to comply with the terms of §§ 92.20 through 92.27 of this code shall result in a complaint being brought against the person obligated herein to maintain the equipment as provided in §§ 92.20 through 92.27 of this code, and upon a judgment being entered against said person for violation of §§ 92.20 through 92.27 of this code, such offending party shall be penalized in the amount of $25 for each violation plus the reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by the town in enforcing §§ 92.20 through 92.27 of this code, provided, however, that the attorneys’ fees and penalty for each violation shall not exceed $2,500. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate violation.
