§ 92.06 TOWN ENTITLED TO MAKE APPLICATION TO COURT.
   The town, by its duly elected officials, shall be entitled to make application to any court having jurisdiction for the purpose of enjoining any person, persons, firm, partnership, corporation or any other entity from violating the provisions of this subchapter.
