1466.34 FLOOD DAMAGE CONTROL BOARD.

The Flood Damage Control Board shall hear and decide appeals and requests for variances from the requirements of this chapter. The Flood Damage Control Board shall consist of the City Manager, City Engineer, Chief Building Official, and a representative from the Service Committee of City Council. If one of these officials is the appointed Floodplain Administrator, then that official shall not be on the Flood Damage Control Board.
