1056.07 AUTHORITY OF MANAGER RE ISSUANCE OF SANITARY SEWER TAPS.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to refuse to issue sanitary sewer taps to any applicant when he or she determines that the issuance thereof would put an unreasonable demand upon the existing wastewater treatment system and/or would be contrary to the best interests of the community.
