(a) No unauthorized person shall uncover, make any connection with, put into use, alter or disturb any public sewer or appurtenance thereof without first obtaining a written permit from the Manager.
(b) The owner or his or her agent shall make application on a special form furnished by the Manager. The permit application shall be supplemented by plans, specifications or other information required by the Subdivision Regulations or other Municipal ordinances. A permit and inspection fee for a residential building sewer permit, a commercial building sewer permit and an industrial building permit, as set forth in the General Fee Schedule (see Chapter 208 of the Administration Code), shall be paid to the Municipality at the time the application is filed.
