886.03 PURPOSE OF LEVY AND RESTRICTIONS UPON USE. 
   (a)   The moneys collected and received as the result of the tax levied under Section 886.01 shall be used for the purposes of paying the costs and expenses of enforcing and administering the tax as provided for in this chapter; for the planning, improving, constructing, maintaining and repairing of the public roads, highways and streets, maintaining and repairing bridges and viaducts, paying the Municipality's portion of the cost and expenses of cooperating with the Ohio Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, in the planning, improvement and construction of State routes within the Municipality; paying the Municipality's portion of compensation, damages and expenses of planning, constructing, re-constructing, improving, maintaining and repairing streets; paying any costs apportioned to the Municipality under Ohio R.C. 4907.47; paying debt service charges on notes or bonds of the Municipality issued for such purposes; purchasing, erecting and maintaining street or traffic signs and markers; purchasing, erecting and maintaining traffic lights and signals; and to supplement the revenue already available for such purposes.
   (b)   The revenue collected under this levy may not be used for any other purposes than shall be subject to the restrictions as set forth in Ohio R.C. Chapter 4504.
