290. 02 DISPOSITION OF DRUG FINES AND FORFEITED BAIL.

   The Clerk of the Mayor's Court shall pay the mandatory fines and forfeited bail associated with non-trafficking drug offenses as follows:

   (a)   Fifty percent to the Pickerington Police Department via the Law Enforcement Mandatory Drug Fine Fund (see Section 232.02); and

   (b)   Fifty percent to the Finance Director of the City for deposit into the General Revenue Fund.
