250.05 ETHICS EDUCATION/ASSISTANCE.

Providing ethics education and information is an inherent part of good ethics governance. The City shall utilize the services of the Ohio Ethics Commission or similar agency to provide education seminars and informational materials to City officials and employees. A copy of this chapter shall be provided to all City officials and employees.
