§ 91.43 BURNING OF GRASS OR BRUSH.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to set fire to any grass or brush within the village without first obtaining a permit to do so from the Fire Chief of the Fire Department of Lyons Township; such permission may be given whenever the same may be safely burned upon such reasonable conditions and restrictions as the Fire Chief or Assistant Fire Chief shall prescribe.
