§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be punished as a municipal civil infraction as set forth within § 10.98 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 91.40 through 91.44 shall be subject to § 10.99.
