§ 91.42 TRASH CONTAINER REGULATIONS.
   Trash containers in the village shall be of an approved, covered construction and shall at all times remain closed and/or covered; the storage of trash, paper, garbage or other matter, within the village, in the open or open to the air, is specifically prohibited.
