(A) In accordance with § 73.33 of this title, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for a period of time longer than two hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of any day, except Sundays and public holidays, within the distance or on any of the streets or parts of streets as follows:
