145.01   BONDS.
   Bonds for various Village officials shall be as provided by Council from time to time.
145.02   EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK.
   The Village publishes an employee handbook which sets for employee benefits and conditions of employment. Copies are available at the Municipal Center.
