§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of § 72.01 will be fined not more than $20 and/or the bicycle so operated may be confiscated by the village authorities for a period not to exceed 30 days.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 72.15 through 72.22 shall, upon conviction, forfeit an amount consistent with the current state bond schedule for traffic violations.
   (C)   Violation of §§ 72.35 through 72.41 or the state traffic laws is punishable by any or all of the following:
      (1)   Loss of operator’s permit for a period of one year; and
      (2)   As provided in § 10.99 of this code and/or as provided in the state statutes.
   (D)   Any person violating §§ 72.55 through 72.59 shall be subject to Wis. Stat. § 23.33(13)(a) or § 10.99 of this code.
   (E)   Violation of §§ 72.65 through 72.72 or the state traffic laws is punishable by any or all of the following:
      (1)   Loss of operator’s permit for a period of one year; and
      (2)   As provided in § 10.99 and/or as provided in the state statutes.
