No person shall operate a bicycle upon the sidewalk and pedestrian ways in the village at any time, day or night, but shall use the roadway as set forth in Wis. Stat. § 346.80. Any bicycle going to and from the sidewalk to the highway shall be pushed and not operated by the operator thereof.
