Whoever violates any provision of this, chapter, shall, upon conviction be fined not less than $25 nor more than $750. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense. The village may, in addition to other remedies provided, in this chapter, bring action for an injunction to restrain such violation, or to enjoin the operation of any such mobile home park.
