All mobile home parks in operation as of the effective date of this chapter and licensed by the Department shall be entitled to a license from the village upon submission of an application containing the information set forth in § 156.03(A)(1) through (6) and the payment of an initial license fee of $50. Thereafter, such mobile home park shall be subject to license renewals in accordance with § 156.11.
