A mobile home park whose license has been voided, suspended, denied or revoked may be relicensed by submission of the application items required in § 156.03(A)(1),(2),(3) and (5) and an application fee which is nonrefundable. For permits submitted prior to August 23, 2019 the fee shall be $50. For permits submitted on or after August 23, 2019, the fee shall be $250. Approval shall be issued if an inspection of the park by the village indicates compliance with this chapter, this code, and all Village ordinances.
