An application for a permit to alter a licensed mobile home park shall be submitted to the Village Clerk for any changes to the water, sewage, fuel, or electrical systems other than normal maintenance the relocation of sites or the expansion of the number of sites in the park. Detailed plans and specifications shall be provided to show compliance with this chapter, Department rules and this code. A review fee of shall accompany the application. For permits submitted prior to August 23, 2019 the fee shall be $50. For permits submitted on or after August 23, 2019, the fee shall be $150. This fee shall not be refundable. Construction shall not commence until a permit is issued. An applicant may fulfill the obligations of this section by submitting a copy of the applicant’s similar permit application to the Department.
