§ 156.02 LOCATION PERMITTED; NECESSITY OF LICENSE TO CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN, MOBILE HOME PARK, EXPIRATION OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Mobile home parks and mobile homes used for living accommodations may be parked and used for such living accommodations only upon the following described property in the village: Lots three and four of farm lot ten and that part of lot five of farm lot ten of Hosmer A. Johnson's subdivision of Section 24 Township 33 North, Range 12 East of the Third Principal Meridian, described as beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot three of Farm Lot ten of Hosmer A. Johnson's Subdivision of Section 24 and from thence running due West to the West line of said lot five, thence running due South on the West line of said lot five to the south line of said lot five, thence running due East on said South Lot line to the Southeast corner of above Lot five of Farm Lot ten of Hosmer A. Johnson's Subdivision of Section 24, thence running due North on the East line of said Lot five to the point of beginning.

   (B)   No person, firm or corporation shall establish, maintain, conduct, or operate a mobile home park after April 30, 1972, without a license therefor from the village. "Conduct or operate a mobile home park" as used in this chapter shall include, but necessarily be limited to supplying or maintaining common water, sewer or other utility supply or service, or the collection of rents directly or indirectly from five or more independent mobile homes. Such license shall expire April 30 of each year and a new license shall be issued upon proper application and payment of the annual license fee provided the applicant is in substantial compliance with this code, this chapter, and with all village ordinances.
