§ 154.103 REQUIREMENT AS CONDITION FOR ANNEXATION.

The dedication of land or cash contributions in lieu thereof required by this subchapter shall also be required as a condition to the annexation of any land to the village; and provisions therefor shall be incorporated in any preannexation agreement governing such land.
