§ 154.078 PERMISSION REQUIRED FOR COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT.
   (A)   Specific permission of the Board of Trustees shall be secured before commencement of construction of any improvement. Approval of the final plat by the Board of Trustees shall constitute permission to proceed with construction providing the plat is accepted for recording by the County Recorder. If the subdivider elects, as provided in § 154.046(D) to construct an improvement prior to approval of the final plat, the Board of Trustees may extend permission to proceed upon recommendation of the Plan Commission together with certification by the Village Engineer that working drawings and specifications have been prepared and that engineering fees have been paid and that inspection bond has been posted.
   (B)   The subdivider shall also secure any permission required by law of state and county officials and permission extended by the Board of Trustees shall not relieve the subdivider of responsibility to secure state and county approval.
