(A) Construction roads. The subdivider shall be responsible for constructing any temporary roads which may be required for the purpose of moving equipment and materials to and from the construction site. The location of the roads, and the destination of routes for construction traffic shall be approved by the Village Board. In addition, the subdivider shall provide any signs that may be required by the Police Department for restricting or directing traffic and shall be responsible for maintaining the signs and keeping streets clean.
(B) Tracking of dirt on streets. No vehicle shall be driven or moved on any street within the village unless such vehicle is free from mud or other foreign substance and no vehicle shall spill or drop any mud or other foreign substance from such vehicle onto any street in the village except as provided herein.
(C) No vehicle shall be driven or moved on any street within the village unless such vehicle is so constructed or loaded as to prevent any of its load from dropping, sifting, leaking or otherwise escaping therefrom, except that sand may be dropped for the purpose of securing traction, or water or other substance may be sprinkled on a roadway in cleaning or maintaining such roadway.
