§ 154.020 CONFORMANCE WITH GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
   The subdivision of land including the arrangement, character, extent, width, grade, and location of all highways, streets, alleys, crosswalks, easements, sites for parks, playgrounds, and schools, or other land to be dedicated for public use, shall conform to the general development plan (land use plan) of the village, approved by the Plan Commission and adopted by the Village Board of Trustees and other responsible governmental bodies of the village as part of the Official Comprehensive Plan of the village.
