In interpreting and applying the Comprehensive Plan and Official Map (and all standards incorporated herein), it shall in every instance be held to be the minimum reasonable requirement adopted for the promoting of public health, safety, comfort, morals, and public welfare unless otherwise decided by the Village Board of Trustees.
