The Comprehensive Plan and Official Map shall be placed on file in the office of the Village Clerk from and after the effective date of this chapter and shall be available at all times during business hours for public inspection, and copies of the Comprehensive Plan and Official Map, and all ordinances implementing the same, shall be made available to all interested parties upon payment of such sums as the corporate authorities shall determine to reimburse the general fund of the village for the cost of printing and distributing the same, and that the Village Clerk is hereby directed to forthwith file a notice of the adoption of the Comprehensive Plan and Official Map with the Recorder of Deeds of Will County, Illinois, and that this chapter shall be in full force and effect upon the expiration of ten days after the filing of the notice of adoption with the Recorder of Deeds of Will County, Illinois.
