(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to engage in the business of auctioneer, or to hold auctions in the village, without having first obtained a permit.

(B) The fees for engaging in the business of auctioneer shall be $5 for an annual license; and the fee for holding a single auction by one not having an annual license shall be $1 per day.
