§ 94.03 CEMETERIES; BURIALS WITHIN VILLAGE LIMITS.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to establish a cemetery or to bury any person with in the village limits, or within three-quarters of a mile thereof except in an established cemetery.
