§ 93.15 POSSESSION, SALE OF FIREWORKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, or other entity to possess, sell, offer for sale, or store any fireworks, as defined in the Fireworks Use Act (ILCS Ch. 425, Act 35, §§ 0.01 et seq.), in the village at any time, except as authorized by state law and this code in connection with permitted pyrotechnic displays pursuant to § 93.16.
