§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)    In the absence of any penalty for any section of this chapter, any person in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense.
   (B)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of § 71.22 shall be guilty of an offense and fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 and/or sentenced up to six months in the county jail. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Except when fines and costs are paid by compromise payment as provided in division (E) below prior to court, the Circuit Clerk shall add to the fine any and all costs and fees upon an authorized disposition.
   (C)   Any person found to be in violation of any provision of § 71.25 shall be fined a sum of not less than $100 nor more than $750.
