§ 50.27 RECEPTACLES.
   (A)   All garbage and rubbish as defined in § 50.01 shall be drained and wrapped and stored in durable, rust-resisting, non-absorbent, watertight, and easily washable metal or plastic containers, which shall have close-fitting covers and adequate handles to facilitate collections; and shall be not more than 30 gallons or less than 20 gallons in capacity. All rubbish shall be stored in durable, metal, or plastic containers with close fitting covers. All yard waste as defined in § 50.01 shall be stored in containers or receptacles as defined in § 50.22. Except as provided by division (B) below, receptacles and containers for rubbish, yard waste, and recycling are not permitted between the street curb and the plane formed by the rear-most front elevation of the house. The temporary use of dumpsters or drop boxes for construction purposes is permitted in the front yard subject to review by the Building Administrator.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of any person having household garbage, rubbish or yard waste to comply with all provisions of this chapter and on each day of garbage, rubbish or yard waste collection to place the containers as aforesaid on the curb in front of the residential premises receiving said disposal services by 7:00 a.m. on day of collection and to remove said containers by 7:00 p.m. on day of collection.
   (C)   Any commercial or residential dumpster, as defined in § 50.01, must meet the requirements of § 50.28.
