§ 50.21 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person, firm, or corporation shall engage in the business of collecting or disposing of garbage, refuse, recyclables or yard waste unless licensed in the village as a scavenger in accordance with the provisions of §§ 50.35 through 50.39.
