§ 158.002 WETLANDS.
   The Village of Peotone, Illinois also asserts its jurisdiction over all isolated wetlands within the Village corporate limits and facilities planning areas that were formerly under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers prior to January 9, 2000.
