Project construction required in connection with a development often occurs in or adjacent to areas with existing surface or underground improvements. The intent of this chapter is to specify village requirements relative to construction affecting existing and future improvements and the restoration of existing improvements. Drawings and specifications presented for village approval shall provide for the implementation of the requirements of this chapter. This chapter shall be known as and cited as the Peotone Stormwater and Erosion Control Ordinance.
