(A) The Standard Building Code is adopted with the 1983 Revisions of Amendments thereto, which code is published in book form and which is referred to, incorporated herein, and made a part hereof for all purposes, a copy of which code is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and the office of the building official.
(B) In the event any conflict may arise between the provisions of the Standard Building Code adopted by this section and another state law or town ordinance, rule or regulation, the provisions of state law and the Code of the Town shall prevail and be controlling.
